In this updated version of How to Read Blueprints, we provide a historical background of the ancient times, and then jump into discussion and demonstration of today’s symbols and legends, starting with the site plans. This course provides a review of what to look for on blueprint drawings and the standard symbols and signs as applied to water and wastewater treatment operations involving the plant and piping. We discuss the utility lines and erosion control drawings to better understand the field working activities. This course is a great introduction to entry level operations and a refresher for all.
