SA’CEU is an web-based organization providing training, assessment, and profiling formats to meet the needs of regulatory bodies, state agencies, and state associations in implementing their workforce. It is designed to provide technical programs, emerging technologies, hot topics within the industry, and assistance in the development of training – assessment requirements.

Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about CEU Plan, one of the nation’s leading online training organizations. CEU Plan is a comprehensive online training program comprised of leading experts within the water and wastewater treatment industry. CEU Plan is one of the first accredited online training programs providing continuing education units (CEUs) to operators across the country via the internet.
CEU Plan started operations in 2000 and have become the largest online training provider for the water and wastewater treatment industry, with over 40 instructors (subject matter experts) representing over 1,750 years of combined experience. Our program includes over 250 highly relevant courses in three different formats: text base, text with streaming, and streaming platforms. With continued growth in courses taken online, our database includes over 175,000 licensee contact information and records have been maintained for over 20 years.
